These Terms & Conditions were updated on March 1, 2026 and replace all prior versions. Your use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

⚖️ Mandatory Arbitration: These Terms of Use contain a mandatory arbitration provision requiring all past, present, and future disputes between you and us to be resolved through individual arbitration — not through a class-wide or consolidated process.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, which incorporate the Privacy Policy, Official Sweepstakes Promotional Rules, and Player Safety Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to play on BingoMania.
Only one account per person is permitted
A maximum of two accounts per household is allowed
Accounts created with false or misleading information may be suspended or terminated
We reserve the right to deny or close accounts at our discretion, even if eligibility rules are met.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Keeping your login details secure
Ensuring all account information is accurate
All activity that occurs under your account
If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.
3. Bonuses & Promotions
Bonuses at BingoMania are simple: they're here to extend your playtime and add to the fun. They're not wrapped in fine print designed to stop you from cashing out. We've been doing this since 1996 — fair play and fast payouts are the whole point.
How we think about bonuses:
Bonuses are a gift for extended playtime and entertainment
We don't impose blanket wagering requirements on real-money deposits
We offer two types of promotional rewards: Bonus Bucks and Free Cash
Each works a little differently. Here's what you need to know.
Bonus Bucks (BBs)
Bonus Bucks are our in-house play currency. Think of them as extra innings — they let you stay at the table longer, try new rooms, and explore games without dipping into your own balance.
The policy:
Bonus Bucks are non-withdrawable. They're play currency, not cash.
BBs can only be used in eligible games
BBs may expire or be removed from accounts that go inactive
Any real winnings you generate from playing with BBs are yours — and follow the standard withdrawal rules in Section 5
Free Cash
From time to time, we'll drop real dollars into your account — things like $100 Cash, $200 Cash, $20 Free, no-deposit welcome credits, and similar promotional rewards. These are real dollars you can play with across eligible games.
The policy:
Free Cash itself is not directly withdrawable — it's meant to be played, not pulled straight out of the cashier
To unlock Free Cash (and any winnings from it) for withdrawal, you need to play through it thirty times (30x) its value
Example: If you receive $100 in Free Cash, you'll need to wager $3000 in total play before that balance — and any winnings from it — become available to withdraw.
3.1 Free Spins & Free Jackpot Credits
Free Spins may be given as part of a deposit promotion and will require a deposit to be awarded
Free Spins may be given where no deposit is required. However, these Free Spins with no deposit required are ONLY available for any player who has made at least one deposit on the new BingoMania website (since Feb. 20, 2026)
Free Spins do not have a cash value
Free Spins must be played within 24 hours of being awarded or they will expire
Free Jackpot Credits may be awarded to players in to specific slot games which have personal player jackpots. These Free Jackpot Credits will contribute to the overall Jackpot progress within a game and once the Jackpot is achieved the game will pay the player a prize. Being eligible for Free Jackpot Credits does not mean players will be credited cash in to their player balance (it is credited in to the Jackpot of the game)
Free Jackpot Credits are ONLY available to players who have made at least one deposit on the new BingoMania website (since Feb. 20, 2026)
Protecting Fair Play
A very small number of players try to treat bonuses and Free Cash as a way to extract money from the house rather than enjoy the games — repeatedly converting promotional funds into withdrawals without genuine play. That's not what bonuses are for, and it's not fair to the community of players who use them the way they're intended.
We reserve the right to identify and act on bonus abuse on a case-by-case basis. If a player's activity shows a clear pattern of abuse — rather than genuine recreational play — we may apply individual play-through requirements in line with standard industry practice before a withdrawal is processed.
To be clear: this is not a blanket rule. The vast majority of our players will never encounter an individual play-through requirement. This policy exists solely to protect the site, our community, and the integrity of our promotions from a small minority who abuse the system.
What we consider bonus abuse:
Repeatedly cashing out promotional winnings without meaningful gameplay
Using bonuses as a risk-free extraction method rather than for play
Coordinating across multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers
Strategies designed to eliminate risk while a bonus is active (see Section 14)
We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel bonuses at any time.
4. Deposits
Minimum deposit per transaction: $25
Maximum deposit per transaction: $500
All deposits are processed through secure systems. We do not store full payment details on our servers.
By depositing, you confirm:
You are the authorized user of the payment method
Funds are legitimately yours
Refund Policy
In the rare situation, if something doesn't look right with one of your transactions, contact our support team. We'll review it and, if it's a duplicate deposit, we'll issue a refund.
Approved refunds are returned to the same card used for the original deposit.
Please note: refunds are only issued for duplicate deposits. All other deposits are final.
Play responsibly. Set a limit you're comfortable with, stick to it, and enjoy the game.
5. Withdrawals
Processing
Withdrawals are processed weekly on Mondays
Requests must be submitted by Sunday, 11:59 PM EST
Limits
Minimum withdrawal: $100
Maximum withdrawal: $2,500 per week
If your winnings exceed the weekly limit, payments continue weekly until you're paid in full.
Withdrawal Requirements
To request a withdrawal:
Your account must be verified*
You must have made a deposit within the last 30 days
Any Free Cash in your balance must have been played through five times (30x) its value before it — or winnings from it — can be withdrawn (see Section 3)
New players must make an initial deposit before withdrawing any winnings earned from free trial money. Winnings earned before a first deposit are considered promotional trial play and are not eligible for withdrawal
*A valid state/country photo ID along with one of the following documents are required to verify your account:
Utility Bills: Electricity, water, gas, or home internet bills dated within the last 3 to 6 months.
Financial Statements: Recent bank statements, credit card statements, or investment portfolio summaries.
Government Correspondence: Tax assessment notices, official letters from federal, state/provincial, or municipal departments.
Housing Documents: Signed residential lease agreements, property deeds, or active mortgage statements.
Identification & Insurance: Valid driver’s licences, government photo ID cards, or active auto/home insurance policies
A Note on Play-Through
BingoMania does not apply standard wagering requirements to real-money deposits. Your deposits, and any winnings from them, are always yours to cash out.
The only play-through that applies to the general player base is the simple 30x rule on Free Cash described in Section 3 — meant to keep promotional credits from being pulled straight out of the cashier.
In rare cases of identified bonus abuse (see Section 3, "Protecting Fair Play"), we reserve the right to apply an individual play-through requirement to the specific account involved before a withdrawal is processed. When this applies, the affected player will be notified directly.
Additional Rules
One withdrawal request per week
Cancelling a withdrawal may delay processing to the following week
Bonus Bucks balances are removed upon withdrawal request
Payout methods may be restricted to match your deposit method
Play-through contribution amounts vary depending on the games. Zero-sum games such as Roulette do not contribute to reducing your play through requirement. Current contribution rates:
Bingo $1 to $1
Slots 10¢ to $1
Video Poker 10¢ to $1
Originals 10¢ to $1
Keno 10¢ to $1
Scratchcards 10¢ to $1
Fraud & Exploits
Any player who deliberately attempts to defraud the website or exploit unintended errors, bugs, or situations outside normal gameplay conditions will have resulting winnings forfeited. We may also require repayment of any illegitimate withdrawals processed in error.
Players are expected to report anomalies in good faith. Accounts involved in fraudulent activity may be suspended or permanently closed.
We reserve the right to:
Request verification documents
Deny withdrawals if terms are not met
Restrict payout methods to match deposit methods
Request a video testimonial in cases of suspected fraud or account verification concerns
6. Account Verification
To process withdrawals, we may require:
Government-issued ID
Proof of payment method (last 4 digits visible)
Documents can be submitted by logging in to the website, click on ‘My Account’ and complete the verification process.
7. Inactivity
Accounts inactive for 45 days or more may be subject to:
Removal of bonus balances
A $1 monthly maintenance fee applied to remaining funds
8. Chat & Community Conduct
We aim to keep BingoMania fun and welcoming for everyone.
Players must:
Treat others with respect
Avoid offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language
Not promote other websites or services
Additional rules:
No harassment, threats, or discrimination
No duplicate accounts or account sharing
Game Master (GM) decisions are final in chat-related matters
Violation of these rules may result in restricted access or account suspension.
9. Technical Issues
If a disconnection occurs:
Gameplay already recorded on our servers will stand
Unplayed rounds due to system errors may be reimbursed
All wagers and winnings due to game errors are void and null. Wagers may be refunded if deemed to be a game related error. If you experience issues, contact support for assistance.
10. Payments & Fees
Withdrawal methods may include:

Bank wire
Money transfer services
Cryptocurrency
Fees and delivery times vary depending on the selected method.
11. Disputes
We are committed to fair play and customer satisfaction.
All disputes must be submitted through the Help Desk
We will review all cases carefully and impartially
All decisions made by BingoMania are final and binding.
12. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:
Terms are violated
Fraud or abuse is suspected
Multiple accounts are detected
In such cases:
Bonuses may be forfeited
Winnings may be voided if linked to violations
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
By continuing to use BingoMania, you agree to the latest version.
14. Prohibited Play & Bonus Abuse
Zero-Risk Strategies
Bets must involve genuine risk. Strategies designed to eliminate or significantly reduce risk are strictly prohibited.
This includes:
Covering opposing outcomes
Offset betting across games/accounts
Guaranteed outcome strategies
Roulette Play Restriction
Zero-risk betting strategies, including covering both sides of a roulette outcome, are strictly prohibited while any bonus is active. Any winnings generated from such activity may be voided.
Enforcement
BingoMania may:
Void winnings
Remove bonuses
Suspend accounts
Withhold withdrawals pending review
All decisions are final and at BingoMania's discretion.
